Sparkling floral fan design with elegant pants

These unique upcycled pants were luxuriously reconstructed by designer Mayu Imachi using carefully selected vintage furisode kimonos.

Lilies and orchids blooming on a soft yellowish base color beautifully adorn the legs as a large "eba-moyo" (picture-perfect pattern).

The waist features a stately fukuro obi (sash) woven with peonies and chrysanthemums on a fan motif.

By intentionally using the reverse side of the obi, showcasing the intricate weft floats that highlight Japanese craftsmanship, the profound texture unique to woven textiles has been elevated into a contemporary design.

This is a supreme piece, worthy of special occasions, where the elegance of the furisode and the strength of the obi resonate.

The smooth and silky feel is characteristic of high-quality silk material.

The subtle coolness felt the moment you touch it gives a sophisticated impression. With a relatively fitted silhouette, it follows the body's lines, while the natural luster and drape unique to silk were beautifully highlighted.

When worn, the hem was about 4cm from the floor. Pairing it with heels or voluminous shoes creates a more refined balance.
